When touching the Golden Atlas and JST 7 (underside of the big toe at the joint crease), first on one foot, then the other, I saw energy spiraling up the spine with each flow but in complementary directions: that is, touching JST 7 on my right foot created a counterclockwise spiral, touching the analogous point on my left foot a clockwise spiral. I’d read that the merkaba comprises a star tetrahedron that rotates counterclockwise and a star tetrahedron that rotates clockwise (B. Frissell, Nothing in this Book is True…). What I’d been shown may be a simple flow for activating a merkaba — but only in one whose awareness is ready for the ride!
